Normal
"backlog" is from 2 to 6 months. Smaller projects can
typically happen a little more quickly. We like our
Clients to have a chance to meet with their head
installer before work begins. Information can be shared
regarding which doors will be used during the work,
where the dumpster will go, along with pet safety, which
is very important. Clients usually have other questions
and concerns that need to be addressed before
construction begins.
Our lead
installers, Brian and Bill have been with New Era for 18
and 17 years respectively. They receive many compliments
from our Clients, not only for the workmanship and their
ability to run the job, but also for their neatness and
willingness to answer Client questions. Luke and Sergio
are newer to New Era but bring with them years of
construction experience.
Deb, Kitty and Jim work with Clients during the design
and material selection phases of the projects. Jim over
sees the construction throughout the project and does
the final "Walk Through" with the Client after
completion.
